What size is it now?
Bluetack will melt and make an awfull mess, it also won't hold it on.
Use a combination of electrical tape, wire ties, paperclips (plastic covered) and your imagination to see what you can come up with.
Usually you can screw it in on one corner and use tape or ties for the others.
I put a 120mm fan on a stock heatsink designed for 70mm fans using a couple of paperclips and it survived a lan party.
Just make sure you don't use anything thats bare metal, otherwise if it falls off it could damage something.
