just testing new rig ...havent put in case yet as I will be doing a WC system for the CPU, just using stock cpu cooler that comes with i5, reading 93degrees...which cant be right...can it ?

Way to high, the cooler can't be seated properly, double check!

Check all the push pins are securley pushed through or refit completely if your temps don't change.

Ideally when fitting push pin coolers - push down on two diagonally opposite pins at the same time to ensure you get an even fitting? If you can't manage this do one at a time but again press down the pin diagonally opposite the first pin you secure.
