Cpu fans in pull configuration OK?

With the NHD-15 or Deepcool Assassin 3 air coolers the fans have to be moved up about 10 to 15mm to clear the ram. Will putting them both in a pull configuration be ok? The case that I really want has really good cooling u using 3 120mm fans blowing onto the components inside. I may buy some krynaught paste for the CPU anyway.

The main thing is be worried about is it fighting with your exhaust fan, unless you flip it. How many exhausts do you have?

I found another case now with 190mm cpu clearance
