CPU FLUCTUATES IN CPU-Z

just got around to over clocking my 3570k and used the MB built in safe OC tool.

however on cpu-z my core clock jumps from 1600 to 4000 every second back and fore - it sticks to 4000 when running a game etc.

i assumed it would stay at 1600 when my pc was idle but it just jumps back and fore
