CPU for BF3 advice

Not sure if anyone has seen the interview between the co producer at the nvidia gaming event recently where he was asked what graphics cards will be required for bf3 on max settings and the reply was 2 gtx 580's in sli :O

Should be a nice little upgrade from a q6600, managed to pick up an i7 930, 6gb of ram and a motherboard for £200.00, used other old parts i had to build another rig.

If I was from Essex I'd be saying something like "I'm like well jel" - however, I'm not so I'll say "nice one, £200 for that sounds like a bargain!".
