CPU for HTPC? Which is the coolest running?

I am after a CPU for my media PC i am building. It needs to be able to handle Vista and HD (720p) easily enough, be relatively cheap (used is an option), low power (wattage), and cool running.

What should i be looking at?

I've got an AMD 4850e running on a gigabye board - low wattage and more than capable of 720p - runnig Vista Ultimate on it right now.

Id be looking at the lowest speed dual core Celeron (E2xxx), otherwise the lowest end energy efficient AMD dual core if you are that way inclined.

E7200 - Cooler and uses less power than my old 2180... and the E7200 is clocked 500mhz faster.

look at AMD CPUs so you can couple it with a 780G chipset MB (m-ATX). the bases for an ideal htpc for HD
