CPU for Video work

I do a lot video rendering for my website, but my CPU is really holding me back. I use Adobe Premire CS5 with my i7 920. Recently i had to back down my over clock as it started failing after a couple of years, so i am at stock speeds. This essentially means that it is taking 30 mins for 15 mins of video, which is quite a bit longer than when i had the CPU at 3.8Ghz.

The choice is 2011 or 1155, but which CPU would be best for video, 3770 or 3820?

How much have you got to spend?

I think that premire pro supports CUDA.

Do you also have HT on?

Between the two CPUs I would probably go for the 3770K, but ideally it would've been nice if the 6 cores were cheaper...
