Try a different tool for reading the frequencies as that can’t be right.

Managed 4.5Ghz on my 2700X and that took some doing. Can’t imagine you’re really getting almost 4.8Ghz.

Installed new bios yesterday and running tests and getting these values, are these values right as the freq is damn high., max Freq 4788Mhz on my 2700x running Noctua NH-D15. Max core voltage is 1.461V but sits at 1.3 at idle idle max CPU temp at 63C. Before upgrade I was only getting 4.35Ghz on single core. 4.788Ghz single core is a quite a jump up.

RAM is: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/team...3200mhz-quad-channel-kit-black-my-094-tg.html

Use hwinfo for monitoring as hwmonitor isn't very reliable.

Thx for the tip with the different tool, I knew the values were wrong all core 4.1Ghz and single core max now 4.34 so back to normal.
