cpu freq query

Hello All

just by chance ive noticed something that im unsure about in my My Computer properties,
can anyone tell me why its saying 4.05ghz ? and cpuz is saying the actual 3.6
with my old E8500 it did say the correct speed of the overclock

I believe looking at the frequency in the my computer properties is not totally reliable/correct,
cpu-z is much more reliable..

but where has that 4.05 come from ?
it registered the correct speed of my dualcore

Also, as the q9650 has a default 9 x multi, 9x450 = 4050, as your currently using the 8 x multi, (8x450 = 3600) cpuz will display this properly, whereas windows assumes your running the default 9 x multi.
