I read a really good guide which went over subjects like this, but can't find it anywhere! Which is annoying - one of those pages you think "I don't need to bookmark this, I'll remember where it is", then you forget >.< Sods law eh.
Anyway, what I wanted to know:
A Core2Duo has a FSB of 1066Mhz, but in reality the FSB is lower than that - it's just effectively running at that speed. What speed is it really running at? Stock of 350Mhz or so? Is there any way of working out what speed a processors FSB really is, without having it installed and looking at the FSB in the BIOS?
Feel free to link to guides if that's more convenient
