Freezer Pro 7 is good for 4GHz if you have a good CPU, but you have to have the fan at max (It's quite loud at that speed). Otherwise somewhere around 3.8-3.9 is doable without the dustbuster effect. I did swap my fan out and run mine at 3.7 just to make my PC a lot quieter.

Ok guys, UPDATE!
It seems that when i installed the Phenom 965 BE (and removed the age- old X2 6000+), i forgot to "tamper" BIOS settings. So, after entering BIOS,at PC HEALTH tab, i noticed that SMART Fan was DISABLED, and thus fan spinned at max almost all the time. Hence, the noise! Results were immediate!!!
Any other BIOS settings that should be altered regarding CPU FAN?
I also noticed that SYSTEM FAN and POWER FAN is at 0 rpm. Is that normal?
