CPU/GPU Monitor?

I've seen a lot of screenshots here of programs that monitor your CPU/GPU (Stuff like clock speeds, usage, temps, etc.) and I'd like to know what the best ones to use are. Recommendations?

I've found SIV ( http://rh-software.com/ ) to be useful too, although the interface is a little unusual to navigate around.

Core temp - link and prime 95 - other useful/essential tools if clocking or troubleshooting.

I use EVGA precision to monitor and OC my GPUs. It comes with a statistics server (same as RivaTuner) that overlays temps, fan/clock speeds, FPS etc over 3D applications.

And as already said, CPUZ and CoreTemp for CPU stuff

RealTemp/GPU-Z or you can use HWMonitor
