CPU/GPU temp monitoring hardware

While I'm asking about CPU temp monitoring software in another thread, is there any hardware monitoring available yet?
I've been looking for something that can display CPU and GPU temps on a front panel LCD screen so you can see what's going on when playing games but all I can find is fan controllers.

I've been out of the loop for the last 4 years so apologies if this comes across as a dumb question.

Well sorry to dig this up but it's potentially upgrade time again and wondered if anything had changed over the last 5 years?
Surely we're not still relying on software when the BIOS gives true readings?

Thanks. Looks like a usb keyboard add on.
I've been waiting for a LCD display that gets info directly from the Bios.
