CPU & Graphics running Extremely Low Temps

So my LLano CPU and integrated graphics are running low, around 5 degrees idle when I overclocked to 3ghz and 30 degrees on load
On stock speeds it was 1 degrees c on idle and 25 on load
Is this true or is it a glitch
also there is only cold air coming out of the back even on load

Not sure if it's the same on Llano, but on the Phenom II chips I think you had to read the CPU temp (CPUTIN ?) rather than the core temps. If it's the same I guess the CPUTIN would cover the graphics temp too?

Unless you are using some sort of sub ambient cooling (eg chilled watercooling), or you live in a freezer then those figures are quite clearly a glitch.

other way round the core temps are what you need to keep an eye on.

On an AMD chip? You sure?
Seems unlikely my X6 1055T idles at 5ºC in a room where the ambient temp is 22ºC.

As I said, not sure if FM1 stuff is the same, in fact not even sure if the Phenom II X4 stuff is the same, but I'd imagine it was.
