CPU Heatsink Thermal Paste and Heatsinks for Laptops.

Does anyoen know whats the best type of Thermal Paste available?

I have 2 on the auction site that debating between, Tital and Tuniq, any difference really? I dont think so tbh as they both do the same job.. I assume Arctic Cooling is good as its more expensive than them all..

My CPU overheats too much you see so i need to get this on it.

Also, can i upgrade from the crappy heatsink in my laptop atm? Im sick of it, its useless and the fan puffs out less air then a mouse.. Its crap.

AS5 and MX-2 are the 2 best options.

About the laptop cooling i've got definitely no idea, but if it's just the heatsink with normal type fan on it, you can definitely change the fan for better. No idea about the HS, you will probably need to check laptop forums.

Just the MX-2 itself usually makes about 10-15c difference between stock compound, thats regarding PC, not sure about laptops.
