Hi Everyone!

So i have an i7 4790K CPU not overclocked as of yet as i don't need any extra power as the auto 4.0GHz to 4.4GHz is enough. So around a month or two ago i had my idle temperatures around 24c if not less. Maybe 26c-27c on some days. And now my idle temps seem to be around 34c and its just annoying as there's no explanation. I use a H100i by the way...

1. This could be down to the air temperature in the UK right now over the past month it has been quiet thick and humid temperatures which could affect it but how much would this affect it? would it increase my idle temps by 10c?

2. My BIOS settings have been reset a few times when i was installing RAM and stuff. But i have got my CPU V-core back down to a lower setting but it didn't seem to make a big difference if i'm being honest.

3. I've tried running my H100i fans as nearly full RPM and this also didn't affect the temps too much.

4. When the PC is under stress tests its around 72c-80c and when rendering videos which is what i do a lot of its around 65c which isn't bad.

I just want to try and get my idle temps lower into the mid 20c again. I used to have idle at 17-19c but i can't quite remember what i had to do which made it 25c. But back to 24c would be nice

Thanks for any replies

So when it starts to get cooler weather the CPU should run cooler...

The radiator is free of dust i think but i will check when i'm home, what should the pump speed be? and how can i increase it?

Thanks
