CPU Info ?

Hi there I want to know some info about 2 CPU'S . I,m not into overclocking ,so i,m not a gamer ,just want to know which of these 2 CPU'S is faster,if left as standard, NOT overclocked ?

Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz (1066FSB)
or
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.20GHz (Socket AM2)

Hi there thanks for the quick answer,so when you say the Core 2 Duo is faster ,are we talking very noticable or slightly ?
