CPU intermittent usage normal?

Hey guys,

I think its just my paranoia, but sometimes while doing basic pc tasks or leaving idle, the usage on MSI AB shows temp and cpu usage increases and then after a period of time the temp and usage will go back to idle / 28-29 Celsius.

Is that background tasks being done my Microsoft, or other software? is this normal? surly it must be..
 
Yes this is totally normal. Windows is always up to something in the background, updates, programs running in the background, antivirus and whatever is running in the taskbar , spying on everything you do etc :D
