CPU limited?

Just a quick question,

Going by my sig, what is most likely to be a limiting factor on my fps? I currently have very good performance but wondered if perhaps my CPU would limit FPS in the future?

Not overclocking at the moment as no games I've used have had any slowdown on full details. The main reason I was curious was because the performance I have at the moment is so good and I wondered if I would visibly notice a further improvement by upgrading the CPU.

So I'm running pretty much optimum for the moment until more process intesive games come out?
