I am following the below tutorial in order to overclock my i5 3570k

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=668ATnnBOZU

I have the exact same CPU/Mobo as him so its easy to follow however at 14:27 he gets to a setting in the Bios called CPU Load-Line calibration... he has 5 settings to choose from which are level 1,2,3,4 and 5...He says to use Level 5. However on mine i only have 4 settings which are called Auto, 100%, 50% and 0%. Im therefore a bit stuck on what the equivalent to "level 5" is, i don't want to choose the wrong one and break something (yes I'm that much of a noob).

Does anyone know if Level 5 is Auto, 100%, 50% or 0% ?

I would say level 5 is the "full" load line calibration, meaning 100%. For example on my gigabyte there are 8 settings, with the last one being "Extreme".

Does the 3570k need a 100% LLC, that is another question.

Start from level 5 and test full load for stability =pass, level 4 repeat, level 3 till it fails, go back 0ne level.
