CPU/Memory/Motherboard Advice

Hi guys and gals

Looking to replace my s939 system in the coming weeks and looking for some suggestions, budget is around £150.

The only thing I'm kind of certain about is the CPU a E2180 and 4GBs of RAM.

Any advice? Cheers.

edit: bought the above after comparing the Asus to the similarly priced Gigabyte mobo
