Hey,

I already bought the OCZ special ops 4gb ram on here and I have decided to get the following to accompany it.

i5 2500k
Asus P8P67-M PRO
Coolermaster 430 w/0 psu

Any changes you would make to this?

I have a hd 5670 but that will only be temporary.

I plan to overclock the 2500k but how would my corsair cx400 cope? The psu is only 400w but its very good quality. The 2500k has a low power consumption as well so I might get away with it.

For £320 that seems to be a good upgrade from a

amd x2 5000+
2gb ddr2
dell dimension e521 case and mobo

(well it was free)

Any help would be great thanks,

Thanks.

Your 400w will be fine, only time I would change is when when you upgrade to high performance gpu, ie 480 / 580 or 6970 for AMD.

The CX400 should be able to handle most mid-range graphics card, although only having one PCI-E power connector may hold it back.

Other than that, it looks fine.

Personally, I'd get a Zalman Z9 Plus
or if you can afford another £20 or so, get a Coolermaster CM 690-II. Easily worth the extra money.

EDIT: Why is the site that rhymes with Nexus blocked out?

Its a nice case but for the price I find it to expensive, have you thought about the Antec 100 or the Coolermaster 430.
