CPU / MOBO package needed

I find ive got 2 gb of https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-119-CS going spare,
I was going to sell it but after much moaning from the GF i decided to build her a new pc as hers is about to die.
Ive pretty much got all the other bits lying around ,so just need a cheap mobo and cpu that will work with this ram
she wont be playing any games or OCing so just any bargain basement stuff will do
and maybe have an agp slot or build in graphics as i also have an agp gpu doing nothin.

you may need to flash to BIOS to the latest one for the e5200 to work, this means a 65nm core2 cpu is needed. if this isnt an option drop the cpu to a e2200

after thinking about it for a couple of days i got to thinking maybe i should do a bit of an upgrade seeing as when im there i might wana play the odd game or two :D
Plus seems pointless going for agp when new pcie cards are so cheap now
was thinking maybe keep the ram and get this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...l DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (188-05N40-00GZT)
then a q6600 .. so just need a fairly cheap mobo that will match in with these components :)

problem is now the GF seems to have changed her mind , woman's purgative i guess :rolleyes:
Seems she wants a laptop now, so can someone spec me somthing under £400
