Cpu/Mobo upgrade advice

Feeling the need to upgrade my cpu spending £500 - 650

current rig:
i7-860 2.80 /oc 3.6
Corsair hydro H50
asus maximus 3 gene
patriot viper 2133 16gb
MSI R7950 Twin frozR 3gb
Samsung SSD 840 pro 120gb
WD green 1TB

I did have the 860 @ 4.1 but it now refuses to go anywhere near it,
even then i feel it was holding me back

Current board does not support my ssd to full potential either
or USB 3.0

Not sure what form i want atm but im just looking for some suggestions/advice

What case do you have? you current board is matx but if the case can take atx then even better.

What PSU do you have also.

No seriously its sat on a mountain mods mobotray,
I threw the damn case out :D
monticle or some crap such a waste of cash sigh...

750w semi corsair

probably stay matax but open to suggestions
