Hi,

I've been sat on the same system for what feels like an age now. Can't really justify the spend on new components usually, but things are getting on a bit now (~2011) and could do with "sprucing" up!

Current system;
i5 760 @ 2.80ghz (no OC ATM)
Asus P7P55D-E
16GB PC3-12800 DDR3
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Boost OC 2048MB
2x 250GB Samsung SSDs
1x 1TB WD drive
500W generic PoS PSU

I've already got a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB OC that is waiting to be put to use, but am looking to replace the CPU, motherboard and PSU.
Looking for something that can last as long as the current components that I have if possible.

Have been looking at an i5 6600K with a Z170 motherboard and topped off with the cheapest PSU and cooler that I can get away with.

I play a lot of WoW with small doses of CSGO, Overwatch, LoL and HoTs.

Cheers!

As mentioned above, don't take a chance with a cheap PSU - it's the only component that has the potential to take out other components if it goes up in a cloud of smoke. Besides, a good one isn't much more expensive anyway. You also need new RAM as you've got DDR3 which won't be compatible. Change for 8gb RAM if you like - you'll still be ok.
