CPU n standard fan

Hey all.

Just bought a few upgrades from OC and they all arrived yesterday...

(AMD Phenom II X6 Six Core 1055T 2.80GHz & Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 AMD 760G mobo)

only thing is, the fan i bought wasn't working (Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Cooler from amazon - will teach me a lesson!), so I had to replace it with the standard fan that comes with the CPU...

How much do I need to worry about this? I havn't done any overclocking but will probably be spending the next few days playing Skyrim... is it likely to melt?

The stock cooler supplied with the processor (assuming that's what you're talking about) is designed to be good enough to cool the processor at stock speeds.

It may be a bit noisy but it'll do the job.
