CPU only using 1 core

I can't seem to get around this, this morning it showed 4 threads in Task Manager CPU History usage. After tinkering in the BIOS for an overclock I came on to find it was only showing 1, I reset to factory which it was at this morning, still it shows 1? Any one want to shed some light?
On start up, the screen says in the bottom left core "4 cores are activated!"

In task manager, i think its view, theres an option to view all as one core.

It needs to be set to "One Graph Per CPU".

Yeah, it's set to that, I'm not even able to press it to turn it off.

check in your BIOS for anything which might help. mine used to allow cores to be disabled but I'm not sure what the setting was called...

They where all turned on, I just re-formatted the HDD with windows on, it's working now

Look in device manager under ACPI or computers or whatever it's called, does it say "ACPI Uniprocessor PC"?
