cpu overclock

question what is the max i can take my q9550 on overclock, 750w psu,ep45-ud3p mb,8gb corsair dominator 8500c5d, 9800gtx+ sli,zelman cpu cooler,win 7 x64 ultimate.

update iv been tinkering and im getting to 3.99GHz then it crashes on windows logo at 4GHz,ram is voltd to 2.1v and tryd vcore at 1.3625. changed ram speed to multiple settings and no joy but iv heard of this cpu going over 4GHz.any pointers please.
