CPU overclocked, GPU problems

Hey ppl, just overclocked my AMD Opteron 148 2.2GHz tonight to the following after a few hours testing.

I've ran some 3D Marks with no crashes or lockups, same goes for games, but what I am getting is slight GPU problems like artifacts which i cant understand why as I havnt touched it.

Yes the PCI-E Frq is locked so whats going on?

I'm also having problems trying to hit 3.0GHz, I just cant get it to post passed 2.85GHz and thats with the ram set to its lowest div.

A Enermax Noisetaker 600W, I've had this PSU running two 7800GTX and a 4800 @ 2.7GHz, so I dont really think its the PSU. Any other thoughts?

I got the best air cooling gear I could find for this overclock, I dont think there is any temp problems because they are all nice and low.
 
just played a few mins bf2 without any problems, all my temps are perfectly fine so why would it be a temp problem? could it be the mobo?
 
what i can do is try my brothers 6600GT in mine and see if i get the same problem, if i dont then 8800 GTS it will have to be :P lets hope its fubar lolol
