CPU overclocking help needed

Right, basically my voltage fluctuates between 1.38v to 1.5v this is on the amd 1100t at 4.2ghz, what could be the problem. Is it the cpu offset voltage or the load line calibration amount?

think it was the load line calibration, i've set that to 0% now it barely seems to move.

Indeed. LLC can be quite overzealous at high settings.
