CPU overheating - new pc

Hi
I took delivery of a custom OCUK pc a few days ago and I’m having issues with the CPU overheating and was hoping for some advice as their not open until Monday.

In the bios it’s running at +80c and on start up it reaches +100c without anything unnecessary running and eventually just shuts itself down.

To the best of my knowledge I’ve updated everything I need to.
I’m not overly tech savvy when it comes to this so any help would be appreciated.
I’ve attached some pics of my spec, fan bios and fan info when started up.

have you checked the fans are spinning?
if AIO, have you checked the pump is pumping?
have you checked the fan connections haven't come loose in shipping?
have you checked for other shipping damage?

Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Deepcool LS720
All fans are spinning and all connections as far as I can see are fine and can’t see any other damage.

Can feel some kind of movement, but very slight.

GO into the bios and look for pump speed we what it's at , you could increase it if low see if that helps.

Just checked the fans in your cooler have max rpm 2250 pump is 3100.

Oh ok. I did ask OCUK in my order email to check everything was ok together.

What would be the fix for this please?

In the Gigabyte fan control centre at time of posting it says:
CPU 2296 rpm
System 1 - 4383 rpm
System 2 - 741 rpm
System 3 - 0 rpm
CPU OPT - 0 rpm

Is this all normal?

Also, I just selected full speed option and it brought it from 107c to 38c but obviously I don’t want my fans at full speed on zero workload.

Cpu_fan and sys fan1 both are both connected.
Cpu_opt is empty

CPU is the fans for you cooler

System 2 suspect is case fan.

But check cables.

You need to set a fan curve or set an auto/optimal setting so the fans speed up as temps rises.

Unfortunately I don't have any knowledge of your motherboard software so you may have to play around or somewhere here mite be able to help.

I’ve already tried the different pre sets they give and I’ve also used a similar guide you linked as well but didn’t help.

The manual for your motherboard actually states to use CPU-OPT or SYS FAN 3 for the pump lol, guess they didnt read it

1 of the cables from the pump goes to sys_fan 1.
The other cable from the pump goes to a loose connector/splitter and then back to the 3 top case fans and not the aio fans.
The connection from cpu_fan goes to the aio grill.
