I have the H²OC Trident 280 Intel Core 2 Quad Xeon X3350 2.66GHz Quad Core WaterCooled DDR2 System, i turn it on for a day or so, and everything is fine, then suddenly the cpu will start overheating the seems to continuously do this, where its works and then it over heats now and again, i feel the liquid system isnt circulating the way it should do, theres seems to be bubbles are turn up now and again when i look at the tubes, please can someone help me out? cheers Dave

If so then its in the reservoir, the box with all the water in. Otherwise look along the tubes until you find something which doesn't have fans attached and isn't bolted to a piece of circuitry. It'll have a single wire coming off it going to the power supply, and is probably next to the reservoir (if not combined with it).

All there is a in & out tubing from res, and a black lead thats attaches to a 3 pin input on the M/B...

Then the pump is almost certainly in the res, which is a bit unfortunate as far as looking for vibrations go, as the res weighs quite a lot. If you hold the tubes coming out of the res, can you feel either of them vibrating? Does the machine sound any different if you pinch one of the tubes shut for a few seconds?
