CPU Paste

Hi,

How long does a tube of thermal paste keep for? I have a tube of MX 4 which is about 6 years old..will it be still usable,by which i mean, would it have lost some of its efficacy over time?

Yeah you're both probably right, I'll get myself a new tube.

Yes the consistency is still the same as when bought,but does it lose any thermal qualities over time? ...that's what i'd like to know.
