CPU power wire

Hi all,

I recently had a thread about my pc not booting up, but managed to fix it so thanks to all for your help and advice.

I have one of those large Megahalem heat sinks on my cpu but the power wire for the cpu is resting slightly on the end of the heat sink. Was just wondering if this was dangerous in anyway or would it be fine, have tried to tidy the cables as best I can but there's always one annoying wire.

Nah it's not sharp, I was just worried it would get so hot that it might melt it, but I guess the heat sinks not gonna get that blooming hot?
