Currently having problems with random reboots and it's generally over night so the pc must have been idle at the time. It had also started to reboot when my son has been playing fifa.

Cpu temps seem to be a little jumpy and looking at HWinfo and OCCT some of the core usage on any random cores seem to be up and down even though i am only on here right now.

I have an AMD FX 9590 not overclocked

asus crosshair v formula-z motherboard

Corsair Memory Vengeance Blue 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9 XMP Quad Channel Desktop x 2 8 gig sticks

500gig ssd samsung 840 evo hard drive with windows 8.1

Two Nvidia geforece GTX 770 graphics cards

Corsair H100i cooler

Creative z sound blaster

enermax 1500w psu

Think thats it, also i did get a blue screen, but i don't think i get these now

Clock watchdog timeout which looking on google seems to be cpu related.

Any help ?? Thanks in advance

I should add i have run a stress test and the temps get up 50 after about 30/40 mins of the stress test and no shutdown so i don't really understand these random reboots.

ok thanks, it didn't reboot during the night last night and the temps seem a little more stable. I re seated the cpu i do have that bios version and i have made sure the chipset drivers and gpu drivers are all up to date (Y).

I will see how it goes, cheers
