CPU Purchase question.

When a friend of mine was asking what I got I told him this and he made a deal saying I'm an idiot? saying I should have got this; http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-368-IN&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=1275

Is it really worth me sending the first one back?

They are the same CPU.

The first comes with 2 years more warranty, a cooler, and a nice retail box!
