About 200Mhz 
It won't make a lot of difference, I run mine at 4.4Ghz 24/7

The only difference (apart from 200MHz) would be an extra few degrees at idle/load. Or if you had a poor CPU, it may be less stable at 4.6, but a K-series should manage that easily.
