Anyone reckon that a badly seated CPU could occasionally cause PC to freeze without crashing or losing picture on screen? Windows 7 I checked most of my drivers but when I ran Prime95 Core 1 was 55 core 2 59 and the other two at 70.
 
could be,but could be loose memory,ive had that happen

either too tight cpu cooler,or ram and or slot
 
It didn't happen at first, it's developed over a few months i guess! I will try the ram and maybe re seat if need be, don't like doing it as it is delidded lol. Thanks wazza. :P
