CPU, RAM, MOBO for £200

Basically what the title says, looking to spend ~£200 on a motherboard, CPU and RAM. Using Vista x32, but could swap to x64. I've got 3xSata HDDs, 1xIDE Optical, 520w PSU, 8600gt, Thermaltake Armor Jn.
General use, not much gaming, that's about it. I'm thinking about C2D 2 cores, 4gb ram.

If you want 4GB of RAM then you have to have a 64-bit OS or nothing about 3.5GB will be recognized or used.

Yeh i know. Which is why i said i can use x64 if it's needed (if i get 4gb of ram)
