I just went to install WoW on vista x64 and i got the message that my cpu doesn't meet requirements, so i held alt and double clicked my computer and vista is saying that my e6320 @3.15GHZ is running at 700mhz,
I still get a score of 5.7 in the windows experiance index so it must be working properly, any ideas why this is happening?
