CPU speeds are different

Hmmmm

seems to be reporting differently (it is set at 3.04ghz in the bios), any ideas?

Some sort of automatic slow down like the intel cores do?

cool and quiet is turned off... and it doesnt explain why is only runs 70mhz slower than stock speed (according to cpu-z)

hmmmm a third reboot seems to have been the trick, it is re registering. (i have upped the fsb another 5mhz in the process) hehe, 3.08ghz and stablish now, it gets to windows and loads games at least.

I guess this can be locked then.
