CPU Stress Testing

Realbench for me, though I am not a zen user. You might also have to change pagefile size for it to be able to use all the system ram.

HWbot x265 running enough simultaneous 4K encodes to fill your ram is another option.

Cinebench cpu test as it's reletivley quick to run and takes a bit of the tedium out of the reboot - adjust bios - re test cycle whilst dialing in an overclock.

Once I'm happy with that, a couple of runs of realbench just to be sure.

That's all I do, works for me and life's too short.

cinebench for a quick test, can always tell if it stalls for a moment that it needs a little more juice. Aida64 if you want a long test

Yeh cinebench is good for quickly identifying instability, if it goes from full on bluscreen to just crashing to desktop, bit more juice and it should run.
