I have a mini ITX build with 4080 FE and someone said the CPU is high and should be running around 30

I wouldn't worry about it, temps are fine

Whilst playing B06 for 1 hour it's pretty much 61 degree. When stress testing on cinebench its on 70 plus but never seen that whilst gaming

If it makes you feel better I have a Antec Flux Pro with 6 fans, and a Artic liquid cooler III 360mm AIO cooling my 9800x3D and was only getting a few degrees cooler than that after an hour of aida64 stress test.

for an ITX system thats very good
