CPU temp worries

I have a G3258 CPU and OC'd it 4.2ghz 1.175V and was fine, Idle was at 46 most of the time and would go up to 60's when using Dolphin Emulator and low 70's with Ultra Street Fighter 4.

So I put it back to stock speed (3.2ghz) with default presets and idle is around 43 and it was doing mid 50's when I was doing a simple application form in Firefox.

I'm guessing something is wrong because stock and OC are pretty much the same. Im using the stock cooler and was thinking of getting the CM Evo 212 but I can only use an 80mm cooler . This is the case http://www.cooltek.de/en/cubes/coolcube/2/coolcube

Some advice please

@MrMD stock/default volt is 1.088V so thats quite a bit of difference right?

@C64 I changed ram speed down to 1600 from 1833, but I'll give that guide a go once I get a new cooler maybe. And I did apply Arctic thermal paste

@SouthEastBlue Im guessing it must be a cooler problem but everything clicked into place

@pastymuncher Its facing the mesh. Would adding 40mm fans help in any way?

Pretty much the only thing 40mm fans do is scream away while shifting next to no air. It looks like you can get a cooler up to 80mm tall in there so buying a better cooler is worth a try. Apart from that I can't see that you can do a lot else with that case. One vented side panel is blocked by the motherboard and the other is mostly covered by the psu. No vents in the front or roof and the bottom ones are blocked by the hdd's/ssd's. It's basically a hot box with very little airflow.

Will this fit/ http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=2657 the fan is inside the heatsink
