Cpu temp!

Hi there just a quick question im currently running a AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core 6000+

are these temps a bit high ?
Below is the temps coretemp gave me

Nothing wrong with that, especially as the ambient temps are likely well up due to warm summer weather. Load temps are more important though. If your system isnt crashing then odds are the temps are just fine even without looking.

when i play games my temps go to around 40-50

i currently only have 4 x 80ml fans in my case as its a old case, got to at the front blowing air in 1 on the side blowing in and 1 at the back blowing out im getting a new case this week with 6 x 120ml fans , so temps hopefully should drop a litttle more + im gonan be sticking my new 4870 in along with a fan controller unit so we will see

These athlons can go up to 70c in orthos blend ( 60-65 in demanding games ).

If it's less than that you got nothing to worry about.
