cpu temperature

hi im new to this. well sort of. my cpu temp runs at about 45 deg and my case keeps nice at a max of 38 deg wihc i think is alright. wen overclockin my cpu it fails the stress test i beleive this to b the temperature but im not sure. is there a good heatsink 4 a reasonable price that would fit on a socket A (462) motherboard. i know its old.

the thermalright xp-90 should fit, they are very good.

willl this fit in to a socket a mother board wich is a 462 socket mb.
