CPU Temperatures - Intel i7 980X

Hello

Does anybody have any information on the operating temperatures of the Intel Core i7 980X 3.33GHz Extreme Edition?

I'm interested to know the optimum operating temperature and the manufactures maximum operating temperature.

Intel doesn't make it easy to find out this information. Is it top secret or something?

I think Intel call it the Tcase temperature, which is the heat-spreader temp from looking around the net.
