CPU temperatures

Ok, i normally use HWM Blackbox to check my temps etc, but on the processor section of that, there is a temp for each core, and then another temperature, which is normally abit higher, which of these is most important?

You would probably look for a temperature that says "Core", does it have that as an option? What is the temperature?
