I have tried moving the pc into different areas of my room but the temps are the same where ever. so what do you guys think? is this to high or is it normal for a system like this?

The are fine and won't cause any damage so you have no need to worry.

Although I'm not sure what anyone else thinks but with the cooling you have I would expect them to run a bit cooler but it's still not dangerous :D

Are you overclocked or not?

Either way those temps are on the limit of what you want, and that cooler is a good one so it should be better than that.

Way too high for standard then.

Double check your cooler is seated correctly. Might even be worth taking it off and make sure the thermal paste have covered the CPU evenly.

Definitely a bit on the high side for stock speed with that cooler. I'm seeing lower temps at 4.7ghz with 1.300v in a similar cooler. Make sure its mounted properly. Also check that the board is on the latest bios version. Early ones tended to overvolt the CPU a fair bit at stock leading to higher temps.

If it's pre built from I'll, you might want to check with them before doing anything. Give them a post on the CS board. Temps do look a little high but then it's not over Intel's max safe so I wouldnt be too concerned unles you start clocking it up.

Hw monitor screenshot is showing 1.475 as max voltage which is extremely high for one of these. Generally I've found that the 4790k's I've owned use 1.200v Ono at stock on load.

It would be if used for extended periods. I highly suspect that your board is using a very early bios, theese were known to overvolt a lot. Flashing to the latest bios should sort this. As i understand this isnt an overclocked bundle, therefore flashing the bios shouldnt effecct any settings made by ocuk.
