CPU TEMPS - Are They Ok

As title say's guys, are my temps OK from the pictures below.

Mobo- Rampage 4
Cpu- 3930K

What you think guys, are they ok. CPU Cooler Is Noctua NH-D14-2011
 
Mine at 4.7ghz tops out between 70 and 75 with IBT using H100

What's voltage set to in bios? Mine is 1.375 LLC on high so it does read upto 1.38/1.39 in windows under load. I would expect you could drop it some at 4.5, maybe 1.35? Or less even, I don't know I haven't tried.
